ENTRY DEADLINE:
Tuesday, January 2, 2007 by 8:00pm
COACHES MEETING:
Friday, January 5th, 2007 at 7pm. The meeting and draw will be held in the race shack located in the Poley Mountain parking lot.
BIB PICK UP:
From Race Secretary at the Poley Mountain Race Shack at 8am on Saturday, January 6th.
CEREMONY:
At Poley Mountain Lodge after Sunday’s Race.
COURSE SETTERS:
To be selected at coaches meeting.

SAFETY HELMETS:
CSA approved helmets will be compulsory for GS.
FEES:
Entry fee of $90 per racer for both races. Cheques are payable to Poley Mountain Racing Club and to be submitted at Coaches meeting on Friday, January 5th, 2007. (One cheque per club.) There will be a $100 bib/course pull deposit. Cheques refundable after return of all bibs and after course tear down.
COACHES:
Two lift tickets per club included for coaches.
VOLUNTEERS:
Poley Mountain Racing Club is asking each club to provide 4 gatekeepers for each race day. Gate Keepers will meet in the bar on the 2nd floor at Poley Mountain. Meeting will begin at 8:30am on Saturday, Jan. 6th. Free lift ticket & lunch will be provided. Please include volunteer names with race entries on Tuesday, January 2, 2007.
PARENTS:
Lift ticket of $15 per day is available from the Poley Mountain Racing Club.
ELIGIBILITY & RULES:
FIS/ICR and Alpine Canada/Alpin rules will govern.
PROTESTS:
All protests and appeals must be submitted in writing according to FIS/ICR rules to the race secretary’s office in the race shack. Protest fee is $25.
OFFICIAL BOARD:
DSQ’s will be posted in the glass case to right of the lodge when entering the building.
